About the Chef Tony Valentino Locke

An experienced chef with both Italian and English heritage. He has been in the catering industry for over 10 years and has worked with some of the most respected names in the business such as, Gordon Ramsay and Aldo Zilli. With a 3-year Professional cookery formation and a Michelin star award while he worked in Sardinia, Tony has now the experience and reputation to be a renowned Dinnery private chef.

Chef Tony dished up some fantastic plates of the freshest fish I had in a long time, with garnishes and sauces that complimented it perfectly. Very well organised, clean and friendly. Will definitely use him and this service again!

We were delighted with the food that Tony prepared for us. He his definitely a excellent chef. The food was delicious and tony made our table look amazing and every one was really happy. I recommend chef for everyone.

The food prepared by Tony was delicious. We loved the smoked salmon tartare that was one of the canapés and the freshness of the starter. The lamb shoulder would just melt on your mouth. Thanks a lot Tony for this great night.
