Inspired by the art of home cooking and travel throughout the South Africa coast; Pretoria born Industrial Designer and chef Aris grew up in Greece devouring the richness of authentic Greek and South African cuisine on a daily basis. From the divine herbs and spices that awaken the senses, vibrant colours that paint each dish, fresh and healthy ingredients, endless vegetarian and vegan options, labor intensive seasoned seafood and meat dishes that burst with flavor, to the exotic and sweet delicacies.
